Ned works in a pie store and seems to lead a perfectly normal life. This, however, is far from the truth. Through his touch, Ned is able to wake people from the dead. He decides to use this ability of his to solve crimes. But this proves complicated, when he gives life back to his childhood crush, and decides to let her keep living.

This bagging is quite brief, but Anna Friel looks beautifully vulnerable in a silk robe and bare legs as she’s taken by surprise and attacked from behind with a red plastic bag and lifted several inches off the deck of a cruise ship. We get a couple of terrific foot shots as she kicks and tries to regain her footing. We also get a quick reaction shot of her face as the bag is pulled nice and tight.
There’s a brief cut to a Homicide Detective who drove Ned to the funeral parlor to visit Anna’s body. I removed it.
My only gripe is that the scene is marred by the narrator telling us what we’re already seeing happening. After watching about 10 minutes of this episode, I was tired of the narration and gave up on the series.
